UK-based Southampton Football Club has revealed a new logo. It will feature on the back of Men’s First Team shirts for the 2024-25 FA Cup campaign. The phrase HODL features below players’s names and numbers, the football club said on its website. The latest move is an expansion of Rollbit’s partnership with the football club as a Front-of-Shirt sponsor signed in July 2024.
Sam Norman, Head of Partnerships at Rollbit, commented: “We’re excited to take our partnership with Southampton FC to the next level as we head into football’s most iconic competition. With this recent market uptick, our confidence in the future remains stronger than ever. We are proud to stand by the Saints during the FA Cup and beyond. Let’s cheer them on together – and don’t forget to HODL!”
New Logo & Font Design
The new logo and font designs have been created by TURF, the club’s new in-house creative studio. Besides HODL, the shirts will include a newly-designed brand name and number font. These shirts will be available in limited edition stores starting on January 15.
Starting next season, fans can have the club font printed on all letters and numbers of their 2025/26 Puma kits, launching in the summer of 2025.
Rollbit has started promoting itself through the FA Cup. In a recent X post, it said,
“The FA Cup makes its return this weekend with its third round of play! Our partners at @SouthamptonFC will be in the spotlight versus Swansea City on Sunday at 16:30 UTC. We have a special surprise planned that we hope everyone on crypto Twitter will enjoy! If you spot it,” Rollbit said on January 10.
UK License
Rollbit entered the UK market through a white-label agreement with Grace Media. Regarding its UK license, Rollbit clarified that it is similar to those held by other crypto casinos operating within the country, serving as an addition to their existing Curacao license.
