Rollbit has released its 30-day revenue figures for July 2024. Its casino, crypto futures, and sportsbook revenue totaled $27,655,239.04. During this period, Rollbit burned 44,597,981 RLB tokens worth $3,581,306, bringing the circulating supply to 50.42% of the original 5 billion tokens. The July revenue is marginally up compared to June revenues of $27.44 million.
The 30-day casino revenue in July was $20.33 million, while crypto futures and sports revenue for the period were $4.81 million and $2.50 million, respectively.
Rollbit’s 30-day revenue reached its all-time high in January 2024, when it was a little shy of $65 million. While the revenue dropped marginally in February, it again peaked in March and closed in on the January figure. However, from April onwards, it has been consistently dropping.
The fall in Rollbit’s monthly revenue coincided with a sharp drop in RLB price, down 11.05% on a 1-year timeframe. Both these events were triggered by a rumor on social media that Rollbit was facing licensing issues. Rollbit, a Cuba-licensed online casino platform, said it was going through its annual license renewal process.
However, its crypto trading NFT businesses are not covered under the Curacao license, and confusion about this might have triggered the rumor. While Rollbit issued a statement clarifying the doubts surrounding its license, its monthly revenues did not improve and seemed to have stabilized at $27 million.
Evolution Unveils ‘Lightning Storm’ on Rollbit
Game developer Evolution has introduced its latest game show, “Lightning Storm,” exclusively on Rollbit. It features five bonus games: Monster Mash, Hot Spot, Fireball, Battery Charger, and Lightning Storm. In the Lightning Storm game show, players have to spin a digital wheel and predict the segment on which the wheel will land. Players can place their bets on either leaf symbols or 1-20 numbered symbols. Each spin generates 20 Bonus game symbols randomly assigned to the numbered segments. Leaf symbols do not contain a Bonus game but offer a straightforward 1:1 payout when hit.
